As a psychotherapist, I provide a non-judgmental space where you can give voice to the stories, feelings, and conflicts that have shaped you. By examining the stories of your life, together we can gain insights into how you see yourself in the world. As your therapist, I can help you un-pack these stories to shift your perspective and see your life in new ways.

My experience and training guide us to explore your past and present relationships with others, your life’s cultural and social influences, and to identify the patterns and uncomfortable feelings that may prevent you from experiencing life more fully. The therapeutic process allows me to become attuned to your inner life, and together through the relationship we develop over time, we make discoveries that create room for a fuller, more vibrant version of your self to emerge.

I enjoy working with a diverse population of individuals and couples. I also have over 20 years’ experience working with adolescents and their families and have had extensive training and experience working with people who are in recovery from emotional, sexual, and physical trauma.
